  • To globally standardize the editorial methods of technical documentation, software documentation, marketing, and for both internal and end-customer training through the use of a CMS system and interactive control tools
  • To integrate a translation management system (TMS) into the CMS, to fully automate the outbound (export) and inbound (import) flow of content and centralize the management of multilingual content
  • To track projects in real time
  • To increase the efficiency and consistency of the reviser validation process within markets
  • To track revisers’ work post-validation
  • To measure quality (KPIs) and service levels (SLAs)
  • To consult content assets (translation memories and terminology)
  • To ensure a content quality control tool upstream of translations

SOLUTION

To provide technical writing services supported by Logos CCMS software, fully integrated with the myLogosys portal (TMS); to implement the free and customized myLogosys platform globally, for all Group divisions and subsidiaries.

The platform:

  • includes a real-time notification system to track projects at every stage: costing, launch, progress, quality control, validation in markets and delivery
  • provides access to translation memories and terminology
  • implements the myReview application, integrated with translation memories and glossaries, for validation by revisers, whose work is further facilitated by the clear and precise indication of content previously reviewed
  • creates a .html report of reviser' interventions for subsequent evaluation
