• To globally implement a centralized solution for multilingual content management shared by all functions: technical manuals, marketing, external and internal communication, eLearning
• To outsource the drafting of user and maintenance manuals, repair manuals, spare parts catalogs, bulletins, data sheets, and content for technical training, to improve content quality and translatability
• To Integrate the technical editorial environment into the PIM in use, to produce content for the website
• To implement a translation management system (TMS) integrated with editorial platforms (CMS and PIM), by fully automating the outbound (export) and inbound (import) flow of content for translation in 28 language pairs
• To track projects in real time
• To measure quality (KPIs) and service levels (SLAs)
• To consult content assets (translation memories, terminology, editing and translation guidelines)

 

SOLUTION

• To provide technical writing services in the CCMS/TMX environment, implementing a controlled language system dedicated to the Italian language, Controlled Technical Italian (CTI), which has ensured:

• To integrate the myAuthorAssistant app, a set of mutually complementary tools for linguistic control of content: phraseological, terminological, and stylistic
