The collection of data occurs by the process of data subjects submitting information on their professional experience via the relative web page. To facilitate the activity of data gathering, we invite applicants to send us their information organized as in the curriculum vitae form shown above, and attaching their complete electronic CV in European format (if a photograph of the data subject is send with the CV, we guarantee that the image will not be utilized in any way). The collection of data, utilizing the prepared form, relates only to common items of data that will be processed within the limits strictly pertinent to the obligations, tasks and purposes indicated below. In the event that the CV sent by an applicant should contain items of sensitive data (e.g. information indicating state of health, racial and ethnic origin, religious beliefs, sexuality and any details classifiable as "sensitive data" under article 4 para 1 letter d and article 26 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, Italy's Personal Data Protection Act), these will be processed in accordance with regulations issued by the Italian Data Protection Authority.
The aforementioned Act affords protection for persons and other entities with regard to the processing of personal data, and requires that such processing be guided by principles of probity, lawfulness and transparency, while protecting your privacy and your rights. Any personal data you provide, essential and pertinent to your relationship with our company, will be processed in accordance with statutory regulations under the above noted Act and the privacy requirements stated therein.


In particular, your data will be processed for purposes connected with the fulfilment of commitments, required by law, connected with the obligations of a possible "commencement of a new employment relationship". Whilst the processing of functional data in fulfilling such obligations is optional for implementation of the relationship between yourself and our company, it may be impossible for the Controller to guarantee consistency of processing if such data is not submitted.


Your personal data may be processed in the following ways:
  • automatic processing by means of electronic computers
  • manual processing by means of paper archives
All processing operations are conducted in compliance with articles 11 and 31 et seq of the Privacy Law and by adoption of the minimum security measures envisaged under the relative Technical Specification (Annex B)


Your data will be stored on the company premises and communicated only to operators designated to perform the services required for correct management of the employment relationship, while guaranteeing that the rights of the data subject are protected. Your data will be processed solely by persons expressly authorized by the Controller and, in particular, by the following categories of appointed officers:

Controller: the Controller of data processing, in accordance with statutory requirements, is LOGOS SPA of Via Curtatona 5/2 – 41126 Modena, Italy -, in the person of its pro tempore legal representative. You are entitled to ask the Controller of processing operations that any personal data relating to you be deleted, communicated, updated, amended or added to, and in general to exercise all your rights as a data subject under article 7 of the Privacy Law, of which a copy is provided hereinafter.

Legislative Decree n° 196/2003: Article 7 – Right of access to personal data and other rights

1.Data subjects are entitled to obtain confirmation as to the existence or otherwise of their personal data, even if not yet recorded, and to request its communication in an intelligible form.
2. Data subjects are entitled to receive indications as to:
  • the origin of the personal data;
  • the purpose for which it is processed, and the methods employed;
  • the logic applied, in the case of data processed with the aid of electronic media;
  • the identification details of the controller, the processing officers and the designated representative referred to in article 5 paragraph 2;
  • recipients or categories of recipients to which the personal data may be communicated, or who may become familiar with the data as designated representative in the territory of the State, as managers, or as appointed officers.
3.Data subjects are entitled to request:
  • that the data be updated or amended, or if opportune, added to;
  • the deletion, anonymization or inhibition of data processed in breach of statutory regulations, including data that no longer needs to be stored in view of the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed;
  • confirmation that the operations of the foregoing points a) and b) have been brought to the attention, not least as concerning content, of those to whom the data may have been communicated or disclosed, except where such an obligation should prove impracticable or involve a use of resources manifestly disproportionate to the lawful entitlement.
4. Data subjects are entitled, with legitimate reason:
  • to oppose the processing of their personal data wholly or in part, even when collected properly for the declared purpose,
  • to oppose the processing of their personal data wholly or in part for the purposes of advertising or direct selling, market research or commercial communications.
