Fully Integrated Workflow and Knowledge Management
Logosys is the "living" brain of our company - our collective memory that delivers the right information to the right people at the right time.

The LOGOS global team and clients have a password-protected access to our enterprise-wide web-based workflow and knowledge management platform access for efficient exchange of mission critical business applications.

The system architecture enables us to organise, manage and monitor the whole economic chain from corporate strategy and product planning to value analysis, process design and implementation, quality management, customer service and knowledge management.

Logosys offers and tried-and-tested technology, which, over 10 years ago, set the standard within our industry. The communal brain has grown, propelled and driven by standardised procedures and processes, to create a vast centralised repository of cumulative information, from which Logos can track and retrieve all data over its 25 year history. For more information on our customised client interface, go to myLogosys.

Knowledge Management
The most valuable component of Logosys is the knowledge management module.

The ability to centralise and leverage all translation memories, client knowledge bases, terminology databases and customised glossaries in one highly organised networked repository affords entire control and transparency.

The application of Logos technology empowers Logos to receive and deliver projects in the same format provided by the client and also deploy, during our production phase, powerful Oracle database technology to store and retrieve format independent translations to facilitate future updates. Logos has established over the years one of the largest client-, and subject-specific translation memory databases available. The database may be structured to enable specific searches according to client and subject matter in order to retrieve only the most pertinent historical material.

These applications and client-dedicated multilingual information repositories reside on dedicated servers that offer remote access through customised portals. For more information on our customised client interface, go to myLogosys.

Logos' investment in globalisation technology enables Logos to transcend geographical, cultural and language barriers, and share a vast wealth of multilingual information with the general public. To find out more, go to Creation of a virtual language community

Transforming Knowledge into an Asset
By empowering everyone to harness and share information freely, Logos has transformed information into knowledge - knowledge into an asset to be deployed and evolved within a global enterprise-wide context.

This is most graphically demonstrated by Logos' multilingual E-Translation Portal, home to the Logos Living Dictionary, the largest public multilingual dictionary currently available on the Web in up to 150 languages and dialects, and the Wordtheque, a comprehensive electronic library of literary classics and technical corpora.
