Quality Assurance
At Logos we take quality very seriously. We sample
all output with a process consisting of a set of 'checks' throughout
the life of a project. This ensures the detection of quality-related
issues early in the translation process, rather than after the
product has been delivered.
- Independent internal review by equally qualified translators.
- Dedicated team (project manager, account manager, translators).
- Co-ordination with client's in-country offices.
- Implementation of preferences in style & terminology.
- Implementation of style guides, check lists, if appropriate.
- Appropriate use and maintenance of glossaries and memories.
- Final check before dispatch (source and target languages).
- Subject specialist mother-tongue translators who are country
based.
- Implementation of Logosys
to store all client and project data.
- Continuous review (proactive approach).
Our Quality Manual ensures that Logos is process-driven in its
approach to facilitate consistent quality levels in the delivery
