Logos acquires Muiderkring BV

The Logos Group, a leading operator in the sector of multilingual information management, has acquired control of Muiderkring BV, a Dutch translation company specializing in Southeast Asian languages, and now holds 80% of the capital.

This is another step in Logos’ international expansion strategy, after the recent acquisitions of Polyglot NV, a Belgian company of which Logos currently holds 51% of the capital; Polyglot France, with a holding of 67%; and Bitez S.l., a Spanish company with a holding of 60%.

Muiderkring BV, active in the Dutch market for over 20 years, and Logos intend to consolidate their position on the Dutch market. Logos intends to improve services for existing clients and acquire new clients, especially multinational companies with European bases in the Netherlands.

At the same time, a specialized production team for the Dutch language will be formed. At present there are over one hundred professionals collaborating with Muiderkring BV.
